We have just returned from thinkAbout 2005 in Keystone. One word... Increditable.. Truely these gentlemen understand the world of experiences and the Experience Economy. The "Day 0" event was insirational to say the least. Starizon, a thinktank facility based upon Pine and Gilmore's insights and design, is the most focused environment to discover and explore what you have to offer or define who you are. As a developer and guide in brand alignment and refocusing sessions for financial institutions, I was energized both in myself and in the programs we have created based upon the wisdom of these leaders. The following two days surpassed my expectations, even when Mother Nature added her own experiences. If you want to discover, understand and apply the principles of the "Experience Economy" you need to invest in this retreat. No book, one day session or spin-off programs match the power of this program, nothing.
